I got an opportunity to take a responsibility to work on ground state, by improving delivery mgmt system of Darbhanga, with a product named fatafat which is an initiative of crowd force llp . For this startup in this Tier 3 city i had setup a software service based firm named "Digigiest" with the collaboration with a reputed computer institute"LIIT" at Naka no 5 Darbhanga. I personally arranged 45 merchants and 8 drivers to continue a circle workflow. It really helps in understanding the decision based on situation .
Cons..
As i lived in panchkula & Chandigarh for last 7 +yrs i reached to this tier 3 city Darbhanga choose the wrong partner and the mgmt is so unorganized they broke our team.For this i had arranged a product manager (Zeeshan) he was not so educated but i personally trained but work wasn't fit .As I thought that time I had made mistakes after purchasing this because company had not supported and without any prior notice city is terminated. And the point of contact person tells we have 20 cities to manage u are not only one. Payment of the merchant is not reached on time. As I am a former trainee in this firm they don't respect me in that situation as per my thinking it seems like they are only obsessed with money. As per my suggestions i didn't recommend anyone to invest with this firm/Fatafat franchise. Even after the tenure completed they didn't deleted my city in the app. i asked my data for my higher study for my Data Scientist course curriculum and to understand where we lack but the manager (Mr Niskarsh) told that it is not possible . i fed up with this and all .....on that last day i had decided to never take any franchise or branch in my whole life.

Actually it was started for the setup of my Fatafat franchise in this tier 3 city Darbhanga(Bihar) with my 3 partners Md Zeeshan & Takreem mam where i was handled the part of CEO, Zeeshan was the COO and Takreem had the responsibility to manage office as well as clients. After that i appointed MD Zeeshan as a Product manager for Fatafat Darbhanga but due to low mentality of the Fatafat india company & the tier 3 city and my product manager i need to shut it down.
After losting almost 2 lakh in Fatafat franchise as well as 4 lakhs in Digigiest I alone wish to continue this firm when both partners had gone i had created my own freelance team but shortage of funds and projects i had continued for 7 months only . During those times we enabled the next generation on on demand apps around the world. Also we provide different types of printing/marketing/Advertising services. We had a good Experience in development of custom web /Android/IOS apps as well as good expertise in handling SAAS Based application.
